Silver Wing is a boutique winery located in North Canterbury, Waipara. They are dedicated to using natural production methods, producing unfined, unfiltered, preservative-free, vegan wines with handpicked grapes from their organic vineyards. They get thier hands on the entire process from vine to bottle.

Every aspect of production is carefully tended by one winemaker (Andrew Fox).
